We'll refund your remaining lessons according to our refund policy.

Please tell us the reason for the refund.

If you experienced any discomfort during the class, we are actively offering measures and compensation. Please feel free to contact us at any time.

* Partial refunds will be processed to the payment method you used. If you paid using a method that does not support partial refunds (such as Smart Store), we will guide you through repaying for the class you attended and then provide a full refund.
* Free bonus classes and tickets for group/one-day classes are not eligible for refunds.
* If you apply for a refund, all remaining classes will be refunded. If you wish to refund only part of the classes, please contact us via KakaoTalk, and we will resolve it quickly.
